My motivation is to enable the children in our LzE model to find their fire (again)...What am I “burning” for? What am I REALLY interested in? Where do I want to deepen myself, immerse myself? How can I learn with JOY and at ease?
The LzE concept offers me the opportunity to teach economic concepts in a tangible, real-life context, which increases understanding and relevance for the learning partners. Combining economic thinking with project-based learning promotes critical thinking, teamwork and entrepreneurial skills.
What fascinates me about LzE is that I can apply my teaching and personal research experience to project-based, immersive learning. Through interdisciplinary projects, learning partners can directly experience the connections between living organisms, chemical processes and physical laws. This holistic approach promotes a deep understanding of nature, arouses curiosity and demonstrates the everyday relevance of scientific findings.
As a midwife of thought, I would like to contribute to promoting knowledge of overarching connections and expanding one‘s own powers of judgment.

Our team develops and engages in what we call "intuitive learning". The following applies: We regard a person as a free being. If I force him to do something, implant a thought in him and don't listen to his timelessness, I interfere with him and disrupt his development. It is therefore very important to understand that we don't see the child as a small creature that still doesn't understand anything.
